Westend Hotel - Munich

Convenient parking options were appreciated .

The lack of sound isolation was shocking. We could hear other guests yelling in the hallways late into the night.

The room was well-maintained, offering great views over the city. The staff were accommodating and provided really good service, which contributed to a cute atmosphere. Breakfast was both abundant and affordable at €7. Convenient public transportation was just a short walk away.

The hotel room was air-conditioned and beautifully decorated with AC, shower etc plus double bed...

The room is well priced.

Let's start with the fact that I had to walk up the stairs to the fifth floor, just ridiculous. The noise from drunk tourists kept me awake both nights, not to mention the lack of air conditioning. I expected a cute gesture for my trouble but got nothing. Almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

a nice size and nicely decorated rooms with 3 single beds and kitchen and pleasant view, and flexible personnel.

The room, although cozy, was clean and well-decorated. The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of options at a wonderful price of just 8 euros.

Rooms could be more spacious.

Nice hotel - the free wifi was good, my only issue was with the noise - thin walls. Otherwise very good and close enough to the centre

The room was kept clean and available with shower etc. Location: the hotel was just off very close to city center, other underground connections to the Olympic Park and cafes. Everything was fantastic, even so a few employees were hostile.

Awesome place with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. The staff even helped me with sim cards during my first stay. I'm coming back for a business trip.

Noisy while thin wall

The location of the hotel was good.

There was only a small chance to sleep, because a pub is on the street with a lot of drunk people during the whole night which was extremly loud. Every morning we had to wake up at 8 when the maid slamed the doors, shouting, they did not even care a little that maybe someone would like to sleep. And the walls, the doors, the windows were so thin, we were actualy able to hear everything what happened in the entire hotel. Our whole stay was really unconfortable and annoying.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay with our family dog. The breakfast was a real winner, with endless choices at an unbeatable price. Plus, the nearby bakery got a thumbs up from the kids! Easy walk to parks and public transport made our vacation smooth and fun.

In my wife's opinion, the rooms could use a little more space for families.
